School launch fundraiser

GARDENFIELD National School, Tuam, has launched a fundraising campaign ‘8K Nets for Play’, which they hope will make a big difference to their playground by installing perimeter nets and fencing around the boundary of the facility.

Currently, play is frequently interrupted and comes to a standstill when balls go over the wall, much to the disappointment of the children. Preventing this will greatly add to children’s enjoyment of playtime.
