Deadline for new Tuam campus is 72 months
Campus will have two patrons, the Tuam Archdiocese and Tuam Educate Together
THE new single campus project in Tuam, which will incorporate Trinity Primary School and Tuam Educate Together, has been given a 72-month deadline for completion, it was revealed last week at a meeting of the Galway Roscommon Education and Training Board (GRETB).
Director of Organisation Support and Development for the GRETB, Brenda Gaughan described the venture as a “highly complex project” and told the meeting that the development is currently at the stage where it’s going to tender for a consultant to oversee the works.
The GRETB has been appointed by the Department of Education as the project managers for the school, which is expected to eventually cater for more than 900 students on the Dublin Road site upon completion…
