No start date for new Galway elective hospital

THE proposed new elective hospital, which will be located at Merlin Park in Galway, has no timeline for completion local politicians were informed recently.

Back in December of last year, it was announced that Galway was one of three locations to benefit from a standalone elective hospital, along with Cork and Dublin, in what is understood to be a €3 billion national project.
