Kilkerrin’s No. 1 song for Charlie Bird charity

THE Charlie Bird charity song Shine A Light, which went straight into the iTunes charts in Ireland at No. 1, was penned by Kilkerrin lady Sarah Noone, in association with singer Michael English.

Songwriter Sarah has first-hand knowledge of what Charlie and his family are going through as her mother Maureen has bravely battled Motor Neurone Disease for the past six years.
