Dunmore’s major renovation plan to be unveiled
PLANS to transform Dunmore’s streetscape will go on display next month with members of the public invited to examine the proposals that will see derelict property demolished in order to widen a notorious bottle neck in the town.
Bridge Street has caused serious safety issues in the town for many years as it is too narrow to safely accommodate two lane traffic. Several properties on the street have been vacant and or derelict and the council now plans to acquire and demolish some of these in order to widen the road.
