Late nights, bottles and nappies!
Patrick Feeney to play Ard Rí House Hotel this Saturday night
WHEN singer Patrick Feeney is asked about the many late nights, he replies with a laugh that he and his wife Claire have lots more of them now following the arrival of their first baby, Beau.
“He arrived a little early, as he was five weeks premature, which was a bit of a shock at the time, but thank God he’s great now and flying it. He was nine weeks old last Saturday,” says a delighted Patrick.
He adds that he’s often heard it said that babies who are born prematurely catch up very quickly on those who go full term – and often grow to be bigger and stronger.
“He’s certainly catching up and he might even be a big fellow like his daddy,” laughs Patrick, who is no stranger to late nights, being on the road playing music means he has lots of them. He will have another one this Saturday night (November 11) when he and his band play their first ever dance in Tuam’s Ard Rí House Hotel…
