Tuam Craft Fair success brings a double date special for end of summer
THE success of Tuam’s Christmas Craft Fairs has led to two weekends of stalls for a summer craft special, beginning this weekend, Saturday August 21.
The craft fairs are organised by a team of volunteers in partnership with Tuam Tidy Towns. The team saw an opportunity for a summer event after there was unprecedented demand for the event when it was held for two days in December.
Covid and space restrictions only allow for 14 stalls to be set up in the Little Mill area at the end of Shop Street and the places for both dates, this Saturday and next, September 4 were booked out within a few days.
