Opinions are divided on the future of Tuam Home site
HEARTFELT, open, honest, angry, courageous, fearful and hurt – some of the emotions expressed about what has happened and may happen at the site of the former Tuam Mother and Baby Home.
Opinions on what should happen to the 0.4 hectare site on the Dublin Road are very much split between those who want the area left as is and a memorial erected and those who feel a full excavation of the site and as much DNA analysis carried out as possible is the only way forward.
