Road donut tracks indicate upsurge of boy racer activity
BOY Racers are once again making a nuisance of themselves on the roads at night.
A call has been made for the Gardaí to adopt a get-tough policy on these activities, which are not only putting the lives of law-abiding motorists at risk but are disturbing the peace and quiet of rural areas.
Tuam Area Cllr Donagh Killilea told The Herald that he would support a policy which saw the seizing of vehicles involved and for this to be followed up by prosecutions in the Courts.
