Reilly and Prior goals lead Claregalway to three in-a-row

A DOMINANT first half helped Claregalway lay the foundations to hold off a spirited challenge from Glenamaddy-Glinsk and complete an U-16 Championship three in-a-row in beautiful conditions in Corofin last week.
Goals from Jason Reilly and Daniel Prior pushed Claregalway into a 2-5 to 0-4 interval lead, and although Glenamaddy-Glinsk fought back valiantly and received a shot in the arm courtesy of Conor Raftery’s brilliant second half goal, the winners proved too strong and closed the match out.
It was the culmination of a few demanding days for several Claregalway players
