Late fahy goal wins it for athenry

RARELY would the crowd in Duggan Park have witnessed two halves so different in complexion.
The first half of this Intermediate Football Championship quarter-final saw both sides playing open, attractive football, Dunmore MacHales and Athenry registering a combined tally of 3-12. But the second half was punctuated with nervous play.
Dunmore will have spent most of this week wondering how they did not win this match.
