Overwhelming support for local campaign to revitalise tuam stadium

A VOLUNTARY fundraising committee aimed at dramatically improving facilities at Tuam Stadium for the future will be officially launched this Sunday.
DAFTS – Development Advocates for Tuam Stadium — has already garnered huge local support for its efforts to revitalise the stadium and ensure it has adequate facilities to meet the needs of the large community it serves.
The committee is made up of members from GAA clubs across North Galway who are all faithful and dedicated followers of Gaelic games. It has vowed to work to further developments at the stadium in co-operation with Galway County Board and the Tuam Stadium Committee.
