Childs play ended in horror

A child playing in an unfinished estate suffered an injury so serious that it may prevent her from having children when she grows up.
The horrific accident happened in a rural estate in North Galway and was mentioned by Tuam’s Cllr Karey McHugh during a Co Council debate regarding an allocation of €100,000 being made available for unfinished estates.
Cllr McHugh said that there were many other issues as well as lighting that needed to be dealt with to make unfinished estates safe.
